No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
Rise & Shine Vinyasa
Energise your morning with movement and breath
Start your day feeling strong, centred, and refreshed. This uplifting vinyasa-style flow links breath with movement in a dynamic sequence to awaken the body and clear the mind. Expect energising sun salutations, flowing transitions, and a touch of fire to build strength and focus — all wrapped up with a grounding cooldown.
Suitable for all levels with some movement experience — modifications always offered.
Happy Humpday Hatha
A midweek pause to stretch, breathe, and reset
This all-levels Hatha yoga class offers a calm and grounding break in the middle of your week. With a focus on steady postures, mindful breathwork, and gentle movement, it’s the perfect chance to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling centred and refreshed.
Suitable for all levels. No rush, no pressure, just a nourishing hour to carry you gently through the rest of your week.
Hello Weekend Flow
An uplifting vinyasa to move, shake off the week & welcome the weekend
This energising, feel-good flow is your invitation to move freely, breathe deeply, and step into the weekend with joy. Expect a creative vinyasa-style sequence that builds warmth, lifts your mood, and leaves you feeling refreshed, sometimes set to music to help you flow with a little extra rhythm and fun.
Suitable for all levels with some movement experience. Come as you are, ready to move, sweat, and smile.
Pregnancy Yoga
Supporting your body and mind through every trimester
A gentle, nurturing class designed specifically for pregnancy. This session combines mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility, and support emotional wellbeing. Each class creates space to connect with your changing body, and your baby, in a calm, supportive environment.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onward. No previous yoga experience needed.
Mum & Baby Yoga
Movement, bonding, and support for early motherhood
A gentle, welcoming class for mums and their babies to move, rest, and connect. Designed to support your postnatal recovery, this class includes breath-led movement to ease tension, rebuild strength, and nourish your body. Babies are gently included with songs, massage, or shared moments, but there's no pressure if they just need a cuddle or a feed.
Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (10–12 after C-section), once cleared by your GP. No prior yoga experience needed.
Postnatal Yoga
Rebuild, restore, and reconnect, just for you
This nourishing class is designed to support your recovery after birth, in a calm space dedicated entirely to you. With a focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, gentle strength-building, and deep rest, it offers a chance to move mindfully and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
A quiet hour for you to breathe, release tension, and restore your energy, without needing to tend to your baby.
Suitable from 6–8 weeks postpartum (10–12 after C-section), with GP clearance. No prior yoga experience needed.
