About The Hertfordshire Wellness Studio

Hi I'm Lizzie, the founder of The Hertfordshire Wellness Studio in Knebworth; a nurturing space designed for mindful movement, deep stillness, and holistic wellness.

 

My yoga journey began over a decade ago as a way to find balance amidst life’s chaos. Over the years, it evolved into a deeper love of yoga, and something I wanted to share with others. When I became a mother in 2024, life's chaos grew, and so did my passion for helping others find their balance, and feel connected. When I was made redundant from my job in TV in 2025, I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business.

I'm delighted to welcome you into the studio, wherever you are in life; whether you're looking for a cozy community to practice yoga, somewhere to escape for some self care, or to find a chance to bond with your baby and find a supporting community for parents! 

Sessions are small, personal and thoughtfully designed. You’ll often find soft lighting, soothing soundscapes, and a warm, welcoming environment, whether you're joining a class, booking a massage, or coming along with your baby. As a mother myself, I understand how tough it can be, and how important it is to have space, and find a community where you can feel supported, seen, and cared for, without pressure or judgement.

I’m here to hold space for you, just as you are.
