About The Hertfordshire Wellness Studio

Hi I'm Lizzie, the founder of The Hertfordshire Wellness Studio in Knebworth; a Yoga Teacher and Sports Massage Therapist with a one aim, to create a nurturing space designed for mindful movement, and to support real change in how you move, feel, and live.

 

I'm a mum to a beautiful baby boy, and after working in a corporate setting for nearly 10 years, earlier this year, I took a leap of faith and started my own business. Yoga and massage have always been a big part of my life for over 15 years, and so I wanted to encourage others to move, and feel good in their bodies.

​Here, targeted massage therapy, functional movement, and mindful yoga come together to help you relieve tension, restore mobility, rebuild strength, and return to yourself, physically and mentally.

This is a calm, focused environment for anyone seeking better movement and a clearer mind.
It’s also a supportive space for women navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and early motherhood. Our Parent & Baby classes are built around gentle strengthening, connection, and confidence, creating an environment where both you and your baby can feel secure, supported, and at ease.

Whether you’re here for treatment, movement, recovery, or a moment to reconnect, you’ll be met with knowledge, care, and a commitment to helping you feel and function at your best.

Sessions are small, personal and thoughtfully designed. You’ll often find soft lighting, soothing soundscapes, and a warm, welcoming environment.
