YOGA

Yoga here is about more than just stretching or fitness, it is a supportive practice designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more at ease in your body.Classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness and building functional strength, helping to improve flexibility, mobility and overall physical resilience. At the same time, yoga can play an important role in regulating the nervous system, reducing stress and supporting mental wellbeing.

Classes are kept small (maximum 5 people) to ensure a calm, supportive and personalised experience.

Gentle Yoga Flow

A calm and accessible practice for all levels

This class offers a slow and mindful flow designed to stretch, strengthen, and soothe the body. With a focus on breath, simple movement, and easeful transitions, it's perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a softer, grounding practice. Expect gentle postures, guided relaxation, use of props, and plenty of space to move at your own pace.

No experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.

Rise & Shine Vinyasa

Energise your morning with movement and breath

Start your day feeling strong, centred, and refreshed. This uplifting vinyasa-style flow links breath with movement in a dynamic sequence to awaken the body and clear the mind. Expect energising sun salutations, flowing transitions, and a touch of fire to build strength and focus, all wrapped up with a grounding cooldown.

Suitable for all levels with some movement experience — modifications always offered.

Dynamic Yoga Flow

A strong, fluid class designed to build strength, mobility and confidence in movement. Expect a creative, breath-led flow that links postures smoothly, with options to challenge or scale back depending on how your body feels.


This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience who enjoy moving with intention, improving stability and exploring deeper strength, all while staying connected to breath.

Beginners Yoga Flow

Perfect for those new to yoga or returning after a break, this gentle flow introduces the foundations of movement and breath in a supportive, easy-to-follow way. You’ll build confidence, improve mobility, and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded.

Suitable for beginners, with little or no experience.

Hello Weekend Flow

An uplifting vinyasa to move, shake off the week & welcome the weekend

This energising, feel-good flow is your invitation to move freely, breathe deeply, and step into the weekend with joy. Expect a creative vinyasa-style sequence that builds warmth, lifts your mood, and leaves you feeling refreshed, sometimes set to music to help you flow with a little extra rhythm and fun.

Suitable for all levels with some movement experience. Come as you are, ready to move, sweat, and smile.

Pregnancy Yoga

Supporting your body and mind through every trimester

A gentle, nurturing class designed specifically for pregnancy. This session combines mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility, and support emotional wellbeing. Each class creates space to connect with your changing body, and your baby, in a calm, supportive environment.

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onward. No previous yoga experience needed.

Chair Yoga

Do you want the freedom to move, but lack the confidence?

Does your mobility prevent you from taking that step to start your yoga journey?

Do you struggle to make your way to and from the mat?

 

Then this is the class for you!

Combining standing an seated posture, using a chair for support, we’ll explore simple stretches, gentle flows, and mindful breathing practices to ease tension, support balance, and restore calm. Ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury or looking for a slower, grounding practice.

Baby & Me Yoga

A gentle, supportive class designed to help new mums gently regain strength, improve posture, and release tension, while bonding with baby through soothing movement and interaction.

We focus on gently rebuilding the core and pelvic floor and easing common postnatal aches.

A fun class where babies join in, be cuddled, fed, or simply lie close by. This is a relaxed, baby-led environment.

 

Suitable for beginners

 

(Please consult your GP or midwife for clearance to take part in physical activity. Number of weeks postpartum can vary dependant on birth type.)
