Baby Massage (6th Nov - 4th Dec)

Service Description

A beautiful way to bond with your baby through nurturing, skin-to-skin touch. In this 5 week course, you can expect a calm and welcoming class each week, where you’ll learn about the many benefits of baby massage, including techniques to help soothe common issues such as colic, wind, and teething, while promoting relaxation and better sleep for your little one. Unlike any other baby massage classes, you will also be immersed in a sensory experience for parent & baby, including a soothing sound bath, gentle lighting.... and maybe some bubbles along the way! We also incorporate gentle stretching for the mums, supporting you through your postpartum journey You'll also take home with you your own massage oil to practice on baby in the comfort of your own home. In these small group classes, we also create space for conversation, connection, and support among new parents. You can expect tea and biscuits after each class, and an opportunity to relax or socialise with other mums & babies! Suitable from 3 weeks until crawling. Want to enrol your NCT group?
