Service Description

This is one for the Mums! A gentle, supportive class designed to help new mums regain strength, improve posture, and release tension, while bonding with baby through soothing movement and interaction. We focus on gently rebuilding the core and pelvic floor, easing common postnatal aches, and creating calm through breath and mindfulness. Babies are welcome to join in, be cuddled, fed, or simply lie close by. This is a relaxed, baby-led environment. (Please consult your GP or midwife for clearance to take part in physical activity. Cancellation Policy

For Mum & baby group classes - To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. - Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non refundable - Please seek advice from a medical professional to ensure your can take part in physical exercise - Suitable for babies from birth until crawling (Please note, this class is for mums, with their babies close by. This is not yoga for babies)
