Service Description
A gentle, nurturing class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Each session focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and deep rest to help ease common discomforts, build strength, and create space, physically and emotionally, as you prepare for birth. Classes offer time to slow down, connect with your changing body in a calm and supportive environment. Open to all levels, whether you're brand new to yoga or have experience on the mat. (Please consult your GP or midwife for clearance to take part in physical activity. Recommended for low risk pregnancies, from 12 weeks onwards. ) We allow plenty of time at the end of the class for refreshments and biscuits, and a chance to socialise with other mums to be! Cancellation Policy
For Pregnancy Yoga - £15 per session when booked individually. - £12 per session when booking our 5 week pregnancy yoga course (5 classes over 5 weeks) - 5 week class package is non refundable (if unable to attend a class, please speak with Lizzie directly) - For individual bookings (single session), to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice (Bookings cancelled within 24 hours are non refundable) - Suitable for all levels (including beginners) - Suitable for those in their second & third trimester (and low risk pregnancies) - Please seek advice from a medical professional to ensure your can take part in physical exercise
