A dynamic bodywork treatment using specialised wooden tools and rhythmic massage techniques to stimulate circulation, release tension, encourage lymphatic flow and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. The treatment works deeply into the fascia and connective tissue, helping to release areas of stagnation, improve tissue tone and encourage fluid movement through the body. While invigorating in nature, the treatment can leave the body feeling lighter, more mobile and re-energised. SUITABILITY: Non-invasive with no downtime, though NOT suitable for people with specific medical conditions (e.g. active infections, thrombosis) or during pregnancy.
