Supporting your body and mind through every trimester

A gentle, nurturing class designed specifically for pregnancy. This session combines mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility, and support emotional wellbeing. Each class creates space to connect with your changing body, and your baby, in a calm, supportive environment.​


Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onward. No previous yoga experience needed.
