Looking for something a little different for a birthday, Hen Do, or just a get-together with friends?
Celebrate with friends, family, or colleagues in a private, personalised session designed just for your group. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, looking for a regular group class, or simply want to enjoy a relaxed session together, these classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

- Suitable for all levels (including beginners)
- Choose from calming restorative practices, uplifting and empowering flows, or even a bespoke blend to suit your group
- Pregnancy and postnatal friendly practices, and can include a group Parent & baby session!
- Custom packages available at an additional cost - to include guided meditation, a soothing sound bath, or to include a little wellness goodie bag!


At Our Knebworth Studio
-Available for small groups (up to 5) in our cozy studio in Knebworth.

-All equipment is provided for (mats, props etc)

-A complimentary refreshment can be offered after your session
(Alcohol & Non-alcoholic options available. Alcohol is not sold or charged for as part of this service.)



at your home or On location
-Sessions for larger groups if at your home or on location!

-Mats and props are to be provided by yourselves.
(I can only provide spare mats and props for up to 6 people)

-There will be an additional charge for travel (if further than 10 miles from my Studio - SG3 6EX)

Cancellation Policy

(WHEN BOOKING ON BEHALF OF A GROUP)

AT YOUR HOME OR ON LOCATION

- Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the final payment due one month before the event.​

- Refunds: The booking is fully refundable up to one month before the event.
- Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within one month, and the total fee is non-refundable if canceled within one week of the event.

- Full payment is required when booking

- Refunds: The booking is fully refundable up to 3 days before the event.

- To cancel or reschedule, please give 3 days (up to 72 hours) notice

- Bookings cancelled within 3 days (up to 72 hours) are non refundable For group bookings at your home
