LYMPHATIC BODYWORK
Lymphatic drainage is a highly individual treatment, as every body presents differently and may require a more tailored approach.
To support this, I offer two booking options. If you’re familiar with lymphatic massage & bodywork and feel confident in what your body needs, you’re welcome to book a treatment session directly.
If you’re new to lymphatic work, have specific concerns, or would benefit from a more personalised plan, I recommend booking in a LYMPHATIC SUPPORT CONSULTATION. This is a free service, and allows us to look at your individual needs, discuss your goals, and create a treatment approach that feels supportive and effective for you.

APPROACH TO TREATMENT
SESSIONS
Depending on the reason for treatment, or whether you're looking to focus on treating a specific area or full body, treatments can range from 45mins - 90mins.
We would often recommend a full body treatment on your first appointment with us. This is to ensure pathways are clear throughout the body in order for us to encourage fluid movement in a specific area.
(*PLEASE NOTE: It's recommended to take a course of treatment, ideally 1-2 times per week over 3 or 4 weeks depending on your needs (5-10 sessions), providing cumulative benefits to support long term function.
Discounted rates are available for courses of 4 OR MORE treatments.
(You can either pay upfront as a block booking, or have the equivalent cumulative discount applied retrospectively as your treatment course progresses.)
