Service Description

A one-to-one phone consultation designed to understand your individual needs and create a tailored approach to supporting your lymphatic system. This consultation can be arranged to discuss both: LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE and WOOD MADEROTHERAPY & BRAZILIAN MLD During this phone consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle, any symptoms or concerns, and your overall wellbeing. This allows us to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for you, including whether lymphatic drainage massage or Wood Maderotherapy is suitable and how it can best support your body. This option is recommended if you: • Are new to lymphatic treatments • Have a specific condition (e.g. lymphoedema) • Are post-surgery • Feel unsure about which treatment to book Where appropriate, we can finish your consultation to plan future sessions. IMPORTANT: If you have a diagnosed condition or complex medical history GP consent may be required prior to treatment. We will also determine whether we feel treatment may not be appropriate. I will contact you by PHONE at the time of your appointment - and depending on any conditions, we will discuss a best course of action for your treatment plan. Each plan is unique to each client depending on your specific needs. (please ensure you are free at the time of the appointment to receive a call) Depending on the reason for treatment, or whether you're looking to focus on treating a specific area or full body, treatments can range from 30mins - 75mins. (Please note: It's recommended to take a course of treatment, ideally 1-2 times per week over 3 or 4 weeks depending on your needs, providing cumulative benefits to support long term function.) To see prices for treatment, please refer to each service individually (for certain conditions or those with compromised immune systems, we may need to ease into treatment, starting from 30m & increasing over time) : (A reduced rate is available for those undergoing multiple sessions over the course of their treatment) Depending on the client’s needs, lymphatic massage may focus on: -Full body -Lower body (legs, hips, abdomen) -Upper body (arms, upper chest, neck) -Postural or lifestyle-related fluid retention Lets begin our journey to feeling better!
