Celebrate with friends, family, or colleagues in a private, personalised session designed just for your group. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, looking for a regular group class, or simply want to enjoy a relaxed session together, these classes offer a calm and welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. - Suitable for all levels - Up to 5 people (larger groups on request) - Held in our cozy Knebworth studio or your home - Please enquire to discuss your booking and find a time that suits you, custom packages and quotes available Note: A complimentary refreshment is offered after your session. Alcohol is not sold or charged for as part of this service. Alcohol & Non-alcoholic options available
