Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, looking for a regular group class, or simply want to enjoy a relaxed session together, these classes offer a calm and welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect. - Suitable for all levels - Choose from calming restorative practices, uplifting and empowering flows, or even a bespoke blend to suit your group - Pregnancy and postnatal friendly practices, and can include a group Parent & baby session! - Can cater to your needs to include guided meditation, or soothing sound bath. - Can host small groups (up to 5) in our cozy studio in Knebworth. Or larger groups if at your home or on location! - Please enquire to discuss your booking and find a time that suits you, custom packages and quotes available Note: A complimentary refreshment can be offered after your session.
